What's inside
  SKILL.md instructions Claude follows
scripts/sketchcast.py reads documents, draws the animation, adds voice and captions, writes the MP4
assets/fonts/ Patrick Hand and IBM Plex Sans (SIL Open Font License 1.1, licence files included)
assets/voice/ en_US "joe" medium voice for Piper, int8 version (CC0 1.0, public domain)
(the lite package downloads this same file on first use and checks its SHA-256)

Packages installed from PyPI when the skill first runs: piper-tts, svgelements, pypdfium2,
python-pptx, python-docx and, if ffmpeg is missing, imageio-ffmpeg. Each keeps its own licence.

Privacy
Everything runs inside your own Claude session. The script makes no network calls apart from
installing those packages and, in the lite package, downloading the voice file once.
